Using the quickbrowser in the menu, select a non-assosiated filetype and get
the "open with" dialog. The next time you open the menu, the _whole_ desktop
(including all application) will lose focus.
Nowadays the keyboard still works however (some time ago only the
windows-button could get you out of this) and pressing ESC will bring you back
to focus (other keys work too, with various result, the "windows button" for
example will focus the first item on the startmenu, but not give any
functionality back to the mouse). Clicks seems to be stored, so if you clicked
ten times on the konsole button while being out of focus, pressing ESC will
start up ten konsoles.
The same problem also arise when trying to open a file that is assosiated with
a non excisting application.
Also applies to kdebase-3.1.3-12mdk, but 3.1.3-10mdk is the latest one in the
list.
