In today's cooker (and for quite some time now, actually), if you check all of
the package categories and also select Individual Package Selection, two strange
things happen.
First, the total size of what you are installing changes between the package
category display and the individual package display. The change is random; I've
seen it go from 1600MB to 7MB, and from 1900MB to 1800MB.
Second, if you then select the flat display, every package is listed twice.
