------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-12-08 01:47 ------- Well I checked with GConf Editor the setting /desktop/gnome/peripherals/mouse/double_click and it is set to 0 after I use the gnome-mouse-properties. If I set it to 600 here then the timeout is shown as 0|6 seconds. But as soon as I move the slider it is set back to 0. -- Configure bugmail: http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: If I try to set double click timeout setting in mouse preferences for gnome it doesn't work. It is always reseted back to 0,1 sseconds. If I run gnome-mouse-properties from console then I get this message when I try to set the timeout using the slider: (gnome-mouse-properties:12770): GConf-CRITICAL **: file gconf-value.c: line 872 (gconf_value_get_float): assertion `value->type == GCONF_VALUE_FLOAT' failed
