Is the scanner connected by USB 2.0? Does the scanner connect to a VIA USB 2.0 port? Have you tried connecting the scanner to an NEC USB 2.0 port instead? This sounds like a USB 2.0 driver problem to me. Seth [EMAIL PROTECTED]
