I use the same basic setup.  Basically, what I do is not download *any*
hdlists for Cooker, and provide my own base/hdlists file:

hdlist.cz       RPMS    Cooker

After downloading, I run gendistrib on that and, tada, only cooker is
described in my local mirror...
