While having active czech keyboard layout (having Option "XkbLayout"
"us,cz_qwerty" and Option "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_shift_toggle" in my XF86Config-4)
the keys that match the top level items in menu bar activate these menus (i.e
'S' activating &Soubor....). With us layout anything is O.K. The problem appears
at least in evolution and gedit - probably gtk bug
