No idea what you are trying to accomplish here. If you don't want a 
display manager by default, choose so when setting up X, or chkconfig dm 
off, or change default run level.

Please be more precise ... we have to guess what you are saying. And it 
isn't necessary to use expletives. Note there is a likely reason for 
missing KDE packages.

Yes, part of a recent KDE upload failed, preventing installation of many 
KDE packages. This has been discussed already.
