The menu entry is right (check 9.1 which works with it like that), gimp-remote
was just broken.

description:
In my menu section, I found a gimp entry, but clicking on it don't do
anything. The program started is 'gimp-remote -n -f'. Normally, the '-n'
option launch gimp if it's not running, but it doesn't work.

When I started the command in a term without picture passed as argument, I get
the help display of the program. gimp-remote is waiting for a picture url,
that the click in the menu doesn't provide.

Changing gimp-remote to gimp could be a fix.
