The same PS/2 mouse glitch sence the 9.1 beta days in which setting up the mouse
it sticks to up-right corner and dosn't move intill scroll &/or click.
Althrough I thought it was fixed with the release of 9.1 final.
(Note: this bug appears random, because it occured during the first install,
however I reinstall it on the same beta and it did not occur.)
