But I'm not writing to bug about packaging it. I was more interested by this section of the release note: ----- This release also include the Industrial theme engine from Novell/Ximian, this means g-t-e binary packages package will get a install conflict with the ximian-artwork package for user who use Ximian GNOME. We recomend that people who use Ximian GNOME and creates a RPM from this tarball install g-t-e using --force. Long term we hope that Ximian will split industrial out of ximian-artwork so we can have our RPM obsolete it. ----- Is this something that should/could be done at the package level for the Mdk distro? Both mentioned packages are part of contrib, and both maintained by the same person. Maybe separating the engine into a separate (and hopefully temporary) package? G�tz, is this possible without too much pain? Or is it better to simply put a notice in the package descriptions about the conflict? - John
