We don't use partition labels (AFAIK) because they are not
available for all filesystems (AFAIK). During install, suggested
mountpoints are done according to:

             '/'     => 'etc/fstab',
             '/boot' => 'vmlinuz',
             '/tmp'  => '.X11-unix',
             '/usr'  => 'X11R6',
             '/var'  => 'catman',
