IBM Thinkpad 600X:

$ grep model /proc/cpuinfo
model           : 8
model name      : Pentium III (Coppermine)

:-(.

Would it not also be worthwhile using dmidecode, to identify models? ie,
if a Thinkpad is found, tpctl etc can be installed?
