Hi, I would just like to confirm that I have the exact same two problems with my wireless connection. I have even tried with two different wireless cards. It makes no difference. I do not run KDE, but the problems are exactly the same: The connection dies as soon I log into my WM (Pekwm). I have to restart the network services. And when I try to halt the machine the wireless connection won't die without a hard reset of the laptop. The connection itself works fine. I booted my old 2.4.21 kernel from 9.1 and these problems are gone. The problems are present in all 2.4.22 kernels I have tried with Cooker.
