The file in question is
/usr/lib/latex2html/L2hos/Win32.pm
Add the following to the latex2html.spec prior to %clean
(cd $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_libdir}/%{name}/L2hos
rm -f Win32.pm
)
You may wish to consider also removing the other unnecessary *.pm and
retaining only the Unix.pm
