when using the ntp wizard, in server configuration, the timezone is choosed
with a list.
this list is unpractical to use.
There is more than 500 timezones, and the only way to scroll and select the
good one is a small arrow at the bottom of the widget.
It should be done with a tree widget, with 2 level ( Continent -> Country )
instead of a single big list.
