Hi I installed 9.2 beta 2 on my new laptop. Worked fine except for my stupid winmodem, it seems like there is a binary driver for my ESS 2838 modem on the HP omnibook XT 6050 laptop, but only for the 2.4.18 kernel (that is for mdk 9.1 I think).
My problem is that the menus in the kde top level and beyond is in english, although I installed the machine as danish. And I then tried to change language in kde, but I could not find any places in kde to do it, it was not even in the kde control center. Is the beta without support for languages? That would be strange, as most users do not use English, and we evenmore need to test out the translations. I know that there are translations of almost all of the strings into my language Danish (I did most of them myself) so is this on purpose, or is it an error? I do have a couple of other people trying to help me in testing the betas for errors in Danish translations, so excluding any translations in betas is not productive:-( best regards keld
