Kwin doesn't support EHWM specification 1.2 for fullscreen
(_NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN in _NET_WM_STATE), as defined in
http://www.freedesktop.org/standards/wm-spec/1.2-onehtml/#id2900184
This breaks ALL GTK2 applications which might use fullscreen mode, such as
totem, mozilla, galeon and probably others..

http://webcvs.kde.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/kdebase/kwin/client.cpp, it appears to
be fixed in kwin_iii branch, so KDE maintainer needs to backport the support to
our package.
