I guess the annoying, confusing reposts of old messages, so far from Brian Tyndall and Norman Cohen. But, it doesn't seem to be anything blockable in the headers (besides the from address). In the meantime, maybe we can all ensure we have some identifying section (ie sig) to our email, and that we don't reply to mails that have a From address that obviously doesn't match.
