since documentation should be world readable, rpm should autamtically enforce
this.
because of current rpm architecture, we cannot do this in spec-helper, the doc
is copied after the brp is applied, with a hardcoded rpm macros.
this should be fixed upstream for more modularity.
but, right now, here is a patch to apply a chmod to /usr/share/doc dir and
files.
