           Product: kdebase-kdm
         Component: kdebase-kdm
Summary: KDM login problems with LDAP auth
           Product: kdebase-kdm
           Version: 3.1.3-26mdk
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: kdebase-kdm
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I use an LDAP directory for authentication via the bind method. If a user
incorrectly puts in their password, KDM will continue to refuse login requests
even with the correct username and password.

A work-around is to Ctl-Alt-Bksp and log in successfully when KDM comes back
up, but this is not an acceptable solution and confuses and annoys users.
