Part of DHCP is that it sets information about nameservers. So if you want
to disable /etc/resolv.conf from being overwritten by the dhclient, check
your dhcp configuration (have none here, so can't help you further).

To disable dynamique DNS attribution via DHCP, put PEERDNS=no in /etc/sysconfig/network
