Testcase :
try to get properties for a file owned by a user whose info in /etc/passwd are :
a:x:501:501:Fr�d�ric Crozat:/home/a:/bin/bash
Right tab, Owner info will display truncated infos, since they haven't been
converted into UTF-8.
