This package installs the necessary files to run ImageMagick.

IIRC for JPEG-LS, IBM "donated" their Q-coder for JPEG-LS implementations. i.e. as per ISO standard objectives, it was requested that patent holders generously make implementation royalty-free and license fee free. I don't know for JPEG-2000 and I am probably mixing things since it's late and I am sleepy. Someone will check.
