           Product: kdebase
         Component: program
Summary: RC1 - logout from KDE does not return you to mdkkdm or
                    kdm
           Product: kdebase
           Version: 3.1.3-43mdk
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: program
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Clean install of RC1, set to boot to graphical login with mdkkdm. When logging
out from KDE, instead of returning to the graphical login, a text login is
displayed. Logging in in text mode and then typing startx does start kde back up.

This also happens with the regular kdm, too.

For either one, switching to another tty session and issuing a session -f dm as
root causes the dm to display again.
