It remembers me the problem with evil people hard-coding %packager tag in the
spec in order to enforce their maintainer status even if someone else rebuild
the package :-(
So if i can't trust %packager, maybe it is time to add specific configuration
for this vim mode. I don't know if there is a standard way for it. Otherwise
i could use dummy macros in .rpmmacros, such as %me or anything else.
