If this is 2.0.14 release, it has a nasty bug, it always wraps plain text
messages independent of your preferences (very bad for on-line patches...).
It has been corrected in CVS. See this thread:

http://mail.gnome.org/archives/balsa-list/2003-August/msg00097.html

I have checked just now and there are just a couple of changes in CVS
since 2.0.14 (the bug and an i18n change), so I think it is convenient to
update to the CVS version. ChangeLog:

2003-08-27  Pawel Salek  <pawsa theochem.kth.se>

    * src/sendmsg-window.c: add Serbian language; fix locale associated
    with British English.
    * libbalsa/libbalsa.c: add iso-8859-5 to list of tried charsets.

2003-08-27 15:49  PeterB

    * src/sendmsg-window.c: Restore the ability to completely turn off
    word wrap when sending.

2003-08-26  Pawel Salek  <pawsa theochem.kth.se>

    * configure.in, NEWS: release 2.0.14.

It would be ugly to ship it buggy in 9.2 ;).
