description:
Installing and upgrading non-qt packages that depend on libarts (like mplayer)
requires installation of Qt, while this is not needed at all. This is caused by
a dependency of libqtmcop.so.1.0.0 on libqt-mt.so.3. For example putting this
library in a separate libarts-qt package would solve this problem.
