Several Problems configuring external (serial) modem and dial-up internet.
Version 9.1 RC1.
1. It would not automatically detect the external modem on com1.
2. After setting up the account manually it would not dial.
3. I pressed the "configure modem" button, I got an error message that said
"modem not configured, press the "configure" button (which I just pressed, of
couse).
Note: This is the same hardware platform that I had no trouble setting up
manually in version 7.0 a few years ago.
