description:
I noticed the following unexpected error message while booting 9.1 RC2 (fresh
install onto a clean partition):

mount: Cannot find proc in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab

(this might not be the actual text, I'm having to go from memory)

I would assume from this that an entry for the proc file system is missing
from /etc/fstab.
