Damn damn damn.. yes, I sent it like a week ago.  Finally dawned on me when I 
didn't hear back that maybe something ate it and you didn't get it.

        The camera reports itself as a "DC2MEGAPIXEL" - which USB viewer shows 
as 
"DC2MEGA"  Manufacturer field appears blank. 

Device class 00
Device subclass 00
Device protocol 00
Vendor ID 084d
Product ID 0011
Revision number 1.10

The camera is supposed to emulate a mass storage device.

Any other info you need, or if you need the camera for testing, let me know.
