xosview 2.6.x patch

This patch makes xosview work on the 2.6.x series kernels. It is from the
aforementioned sourceforge site and patches against version 1.8.0 of xosview.

The patch on its own is not enough to make it compile with gcc 3.3.x, but the
fixes are relatively straight-forward.

You should be aware of another patch that is available on sourceforge:

"Fixes the hang under Linux with /proc/stat. This patch addresses the hang
and/or segmentation fault on startup seen under Linux when /proc/stat contains
a long intr line."

description:
xosview does not start with kernel 2.6.x. This is because the new kernel uses a
different /proc entry to report memory usage etc.

A patch is available on the sourceforge site. I know it works, because I've just
built it. It should work with both 2.4 and 2.6 kernel series.
