I upgraded my Mandrake 9.1 to Mandrake 9.2. When login from a user account that
was created on 9.1, the gnome splash screen takes very long to disapear,
compared to the time it takes when creating a new account under 9.2 and logging
in gnome.
Step to reproduce:

Start from 9.1
Create a user account and log in gnome
Upgrade to 9.2
Log in the same user and take notice of the time before the splash disapear
Create a new user.
Log in gnome and see the time difference
