It's because i've defined line width to be 72 characters, to take care of
limits in description. However, it affect the whole spec, which is not a good
idea.
To get rid of this, just copy the mode from /usr/share/vilm/ftplugin/spec.vim
into your ~/.vim/ftpplugin, and remove or comment the line:
setlocal textwidth=72
