OK, there is now a button in DrakConnect to set hostname. It would still be nice
if the manual page was updated with information about /etc/hostname not being
the right file to setup hostname.

I set hostname with "hostname NCC-1701-D" and it was set OK. But when I
restarted computer it was changed to localhost. I also tried creating file
/etc/hostname with NCC-1701-D in it but it appears that this file is not used to
get a hostname from or it is changed to localhost somwhere else. If I check
DrakConnact there is also Hostname: localhost at the very top. But there is no
button or something to change this.
