Yup bug still exists. I don't think it is an XFree86 bug as all plain X apps
seem to be working just fine. So this could be a GTK and Mozilla only bug. Is
there any way I can check it more accurately?

Slovenian keyboards have comma/Del key on numerical part of the keyboard (to the
right of 0/Ins). It works just fine in most of the programs in KDE and X but it
doesn't work in some. For example in any GNOME app it doesn't enter any
character and in Mozilla it enters "|" (the same as Alt Gr + W). It should
offcourse enter comma character: ",".
