Installation of packages in ML 9.1 RC1 almost freezes X and some applications
(namely Nautilus and gnome-terminal). When I install an RPM package using one of
these methods
* urpmi
* rpmdrake
* software manager from Nautilus
* gnorpm
* simple rpm -Uvh [package]
the cpu load quickly reaches 99-100%. Note that it's not all taken from X
window, but by a combination of three apss: X, Nautilus and Gnome-terminal. As a
side effect, the trasparency effect in gnome-terminal leads to weird effects on
the background.
