Hi all, I think this is a 'glitch', rather than a 'bug' :op
I have two cooker machines, both up to date. On both machines I have problems with users not being able to see the icons and background on their desktop, or have the right-click menu from the desktop. There's just the default blue desktop... On one of the machines rpmdrake works fine, but on the other rpmdrake dies when I click or tab around the rpmdrake interface. In the console (when I run the program from the console) I get the error: Can't locate object method "iter_has_child" via package "Gtk2::TreeIter" at /usr/lib/libDrakX/ugtk2.pm line 1308. Anyone with some clues? I've done the obvious for both (resetting kde prefs, erasing kde hidden dirs in ~/, checked drakxtools installs, perl GTK installs, etc.) Cheers all! Paul.
