In MDK 9.2 beta2, when a user name has been selected in mdkkdm, and the user is
moved to the second panel for entering password and session type, the default
mouse pointer is changed to the "X" symbol.
This cursor should be the arrow (or pointing finger), since the mouse may be
moved to a different field to select a session type, or to go back to the
previous panel to select a different user.
