PCMCIA and NEtwork services start out of order on MDK install (9.1 Installation
and 9.2RC1 upgrade restored back to wrong order) on Compaq 2100 (Athlon 1800+)
laptop. Requires changing order for computer not to hang while starting PCMCIA
while Booting.
