Choose to add a local source from Software Media Manager in Mandrake Control Center.
Give a name.
Select the Browse button for path.
Two dialog boxes open, one blank, one path selection dialog. Closing the blank
box will close all the add media dialogs. Selection of a path will succeed with
the path selection dialog closing, but the blank dialog remains open.
At this point, no path can be entered for hdlist, in fact, no input for the 'Add
a medium' dialog is possible. Closing the blank dialog closes the addmedia
dialogs and no source is added.
Entering the 'Path' and relative path is possible without invoking 'Browse' but
clicking 'OK' simply closes all of Software Media Manager without adding the
source. Adding the medium from command line succeeds.
