Just grabbed latest drakxtools from cooker mirror. After switching LANG with
localedrake from Vietnamese to English, i18n still shows vi_VN.UTF-8 as LANG
(and the rest) being used instead of en_US. Thus, initscript still uses
Vietnamese at start-up even though Gnome/KDE uses English.
