It's up to you to: - read answers to bugzilla problems, which usually contain if the bug is fixed and in which version of the tool the fix will appear; - re-test when the said package version is released. As of rpmdrake crash when adding a source, it's clearly stated in the CVS when it was fixed, and which version of rpmdrake would contain the fix.
