same usual bug where sane-find-scanner mis-identifying nearly all usb devices as
scanners.

Step to reproduce

Connect a scanner, a webcam and a tv card on a computer with cooker.
Problem
========
The scanner is ok but scannerdrake see the webcam and the tvcard as scanners
too. And it says that a Hewlett-Packard HP-4200 flatbed scanner is connected
although it isnt.
