strange, but i don't have any other cciss related records in devfsd.conf
and if i have a fast look at source code of cciss.c then i didn't see any
devfs related code (but i'm lame c code reader)

i'm sure that i have devfs mounted /dev (grep /proc/cmdline) and at this
machine cciss raid storage works fine..

p.s: i'm still talking about 2.4.x kernel
