seems that there was encoding problems between rpmdrake po and drakx po. fixed
when building CVS so it'll be fixed in -32mdk.

It seems that there was some messup with polish strings in rpmdrake.
It's in 9.2 RC 1.
Instead of polish diacritical characters, some trash characters are displayed.
I'm using the following locale settings:
