Ok, problems are not int amavisd-new but rather
in perl-Net-Server-0.85-2mdk which really
needs the package perl-IO-Multiplex (as file Multiplex.pm
calls it with use IO::Multiplex 1.02). So we
need to package perl-IO-Multiplex.
