Hey everyone,
THis isn't exactly an XFree86 problem, but the error Maple v8 is giving me back is:
X Error of failed request: BadName (named color or font does not exist)
Major opcode of failed request: 45 (X_OpenFont)
Serial number of failed request: 60
Current serial number in output stream: 61
I've compiled the latest version of the Nvidia drivers and I'm running a
PixelView GeForce FX 5600. Under the exact same configureation in MDK 9.1 (same
XF86Config-4 file -- I just used my old one, and the same up-to-date NVidia
drivers) Maple 8 would start up and run fine. I don't know if other versions
of Maple have this issue too. I haven't tried changing the color depth of my
display, though I don't think that's the problem -- I think it's a font problem.
