Immediately after installing MDK 9.2 rc 1, in KDE the icon size for icons in the
KDE Control Module (the menu bar) shows up as "normal" when in fact it is
"small". Changing the icon size in the control module puts it back in sync, but
it should be correct without doing this.
After this, the sizes track correctly.
