[Cooker] Screen goes blank

On Friday I installed the 7.1 release version.  In Display
properties the screen saver is set to 'No Screensaver' but
when I leave the computer and come back after a while the
screen has been blanked (all black) out.  Is there anothe
setting at work somewhere?  How can this behavior be changed?
