Intellimouses use a slightly different protocol. Choose the Microsoft Explorer
mouse type. It's hidden under "Other" for PS/2.

Microsoft Intellimouse PS/2 with wheel will not install with "PS2 wheelmouse"
selection. When tested, mouse cursor hangs at upper right of screen. Keyboard
must be used to return to previous selection screen.
MS mouse can be installed with "Standard" options. Wheel will only work as
third button.
